Inspired by the lush landscapes of Peru, we source high-altitude Arabica beans and roast them locally in Niagara Falls in small batches for freshness and balance. Every roast is crafted to highlight the natural character of the bean — rich flavour, smooth body, and a connection to the places where coffee grows best.

Our Journey, From Rainforest to Roast
